My passion for baking comes from my memory of everyone in my family coming together for holidays. I will always remember watching my grandmother make her famous flan recipe passed down from family members before her!
This is where my curiosity about how culture affects the preparation and ingredients used in traditional baked goods began. After high school, I attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and graduated with an associate degree in baking and pastry in 2019.
I haven’t stopped growing my craft since.
